Get your popcorn ready because this coming Tuesday (10th December) all of the media students in A2 will be heading down to the Screen On The Green to watch ALL of the music videos created by this years A2 students!I am super excited to see everyone else's video's and i think it's going to be fun watching all the other ones since i haven't seen any of the rough cuts! (I wanted to keep the video's a surprise for myself so that when they are seen on the big screen i can really appriciate them).
However when it comes to my group's video it seems as if most of the media students have already seen it :(
This is a little upsetting because it means our video wont be much of a surprise for the people that come to the cinema however maybe when it is up on the big screen it will look a lot clearer and not something boring for anyone who has already watched it. And it's also quite nerve racking knowing so many people have already watched it because people will be judging the video and me on a smaller screen so it might make them think that the video isn't all that great or something.
I've been told from a few people that they have also been showing their parents the music video, so my face has been seen by millions! ;)
I've had some good early feedback on my performance in the video and that makes me happy because obviously i want to look convincing and 'like a pop star' because that was something i was quite nervous about, not knowing whether or not i had done a good job at giving the right amount of attitude here and the right dance moves there plus i don't want to let my group down so it's a relief that most people enjoyed the video!!
